The Challenge
Cargofleet Logistics was managing a growing fleet with routing and warehouse systems that had never been designed to work together. Dispatchers relied on manual coordination, which led to delayed shipments and warehouse space that was consistently under or over capacity.
How it Started
We audited the full operational chain from warehouse to final delivery. The review uncovered a disconnect between routing decisions and warehouse capacity planning — the two teams were essentially working from separate playbooks. We built an integrated operations model to close that gap.
Our Strategic Approach
We redesigned the routing and warehousing workflows around a shared capacity forecast, giving both teams visibility into the same data. Combined with a revised dispatch protocol, this ensured decisions on the road matched what was actually happening in the warehouse.
Key Results
